Meet the Eleanor Health Baton Rouge, LA Clinical Team!
October 22, 2021
Hi! My name is Julie Insyxiengmay, LCSW (n-six-sing-may). I am the Clinic Operations Manager at the Baton Rouge Clinic. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in various clinical settings and roles to remedy barriers and help individuals live amazing lives. I am honored for this opportunity to support and work side-by-side with the Eleanor Health Care Team in providing whole-person care and evidence-based practice. In support of our community member’s recovery journey, I am passionate about providing compassionate care and delivering quality service. In my years of experience, I learned humans are resilient. Thus, with the right support and resources in place, you can overcome any challenge. During my time away from Eleanor Health, I focused on self care by traveling, hiking, playing tennis, and TV dramas.
I’m excited to introduce you to the rest of our Eleanor Health Baton Rouge clinical care team!

Hey ya’ll. My name is Monique Williams and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have been a nurse for about 10 years. I have worked in multiple different healthcare fields but mental/behavioral health and addiction medicine is near and dear to my heart. I am excited to be a part of Eleanor Health and working towards eliminating the stigma surrounding recovery. Outside of work and family, I enjoy continuing my education as well as serving the community with various organizations.

Emily Alderson, Community Recovery Partner
Hi, my name is Emily Alderson. I am happy to be a part of the Eleanor Health team. Providing peer support is very important to me, as I am in recovery myself. I know the value of one person sharing their lived experience with another. I have spent the last 15 years (either personally or professionally) getting to know people in recovery and learning the key components of what can make recovery a success. When I am not working I like to draw, spend time with my 3 dogs and stay connected with friends and family.
Stephanie Landry, Community Recovery Partner
Hello, my name is Stephanie Landry, and I am the Community Recovery Partner for our Baton Rouge, Louisiana location. I have over ten years of experience both with my own personal recovery and in working with others experiencing a substance use disorder. I am passionate about helping people experience an amazing life like I do today. When I am not helping others, you can catch me binging on true crime shows, creating art, or working on my genealogy. I am beyond excited to join the Eleanor team because I believe in the whole-person care that we offer our members.
Raquel Gibson, Member Engagement Administrative Specialist
My name is Raquel and I am excited to be the MEAS for the Baton Rouge area. I have been in healthcare for the past 9 years and I have always wanted to do more to reach out in my community and this position will give me that opportunity. I am looking forward to interacting with a diverse population that is so underserved and underappreciated and make an impact in their lives in some way. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and relaxing in nature in my spare time.
