Our Mission

Our mission at Eleanor Health is to help people with addiction live an amazing life by transforming the quality, delivery, and accessibility of addiction treatment.

We are an outpatient addiction treatment program that will work to break down barriers people with substance use disorder are facing on their journey to better health. Our passionate, diverse teams will spend time getting to know our community members and walking alongside them on this journey.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines FDA-approved medication with counseling and support to aid people in recovery. MAT helps with reducing withdrawal symptoms and cravings so you can focus on your recovery goals.

Providing care coast-to-coast

Eleanor Health currently accepts members in Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and Washington (Idaho and Missouri coming soon). Our services are available remotely from anywhere in the state.

You can do your entire treatment online, including getting a prescription for suboxone or other FDA-approved addiction medications to stabilize your physical health. From the beginning, you will work on getting better with our counselors and peer recovery specialists.
