Our mission

Our mission at Eleanor Health is to help people struggling with addiction live amazing lives.

As an integrated, multidisciplinary team, we’re focused on delivering whole-person, comprehensive care. We are passionate about transforming the quality, delivery, and accessibility of addiction treatment. Every member of our team works together integrating care and coordinating services to improve our members’ quality of life.

Our actions are rooted in respect for each member’s values, culture, and life experiences. We recognize that every member is a unique individual and treat them with dignity and compassion. Through proactive, consistent outreach, we meet members where they are and help them get to the future they want.

Our commitment to their health and wellbeing is unwavering and without judgment.

We strive to make a real, positive difference in the lives of Eleanor Health members, their loved ones, and the communities we serve.

We need better addiction care for our communities, for our loved ones, for ourselves. This care must be human, and focused on the individual needs of each person who comes to us for assistance. This care must be based in science and the understanding that addiction is a disease that requires medical, behavioral, and social support.

We need more addiction care across the country, and into neighborhoods that have been long underserved. This reach must extend care towards those who need it, bringing it nearby while keeping it financially affordable. This reach must work with the local ecosystems of healthcare and community partners to multiply their efforts in supporting addiction treatment and recovery.

We need this care fast, so that there are open doors when a loved one asks for help on their journey of recovery. This door must stay open and welcoming, even in the face of a difficult disease and relapse. This door must open to points of care in clinics, and extend outside of the clinic walls into the community.
