Eleanor Health offers online addiction treatment for alcohol, opioids, meth, and more.
We prescribe several different medications here for several different situations in order to meet people’s goals. Your provider will discuss all of the options they may be able to provide for you. You will be a partner in treatment and have the option to decline any recommendations that you do not agree with.
Eleanor Health can prescribe the following medications for Opioid Use Disorder:
Buprenorphine (Subutex, Sublocade)
Buprenorphine/Naloxone films or tablets (Suboxone or Zubsolv)
Naloxone (Narcan)
We do not prescribe Methadone.
Eleanor Health can prescribe the following medications for Alcohol Use Disorder:
Acamprosate (formerly Campral)
Disulfiram (Antabuse)
Naltrexone (Vivitrol or Revia)
These medications can reduce alcohol cravings but should not be taken while consuming alcohol due to serious side effects.
Eleanor Health partners with many insurances companies including Aetna, United Healthcare, Horizon, Blue Cross and Blue Shield Companies (check with your local Blue Plan for coverage), and select Medicare and Medicaid plans.

At Eleanor Health, we will not discharge you if you relapse. Our commitment to your addiction recovery journey is judgment-free and we are here for you every step of the way. If a relapse occurs, it’s not a sign of failure—it’s a sign that treatment needs to be reevaluated. We will work with you to fine-tune your treatment plan and make sure you have the best possible tools to stay on track.
Yes! At Eleanor Health we work with you to create a custom care plan that meets your needs. We are not an abstinence-only program.
Our addiction treatment programs are tailored to each community member’s unique needs and have a variety of services including medication for addiction treatment (MAT), individual & group therapy, psychiatric care, & peer support specialists who can help you with job needs, housing support, and other needs.
Eleanor Health offers a variety of services to help you live an amazing life. Our main focus is helping those who are struggling with alcohol or substance use disorders and may also struggle with mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
We will customize your care to your specific needs. This might include Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), therapy, or peer support services.
You must be 18 years or older to receive care from Eleanor Health.
Currently, we do not offer support for gambling, sex, food, and shopping addictions.
In the event you would like to file a grievance/appeal, you will be able to receive the appropriate form from an Eleanor Health staff person. The regional operations manager will investigate the grievance and attempt to resolve it within 3 days of form submission. If it cannot be resolved, the Quality Team will review the grievance/appeal. If the Quality Team is unable to resolve the concern, the grievance/appeal will be escalated for additional support. You will receive a written response explaining the decision.
