Meet the Eleanor Health team

William was most recently the CEO of Sevita (formerly The MENTOR Network), the leading provider of home and community-based specialty health care with 45,000 employees serving over 55,000 individuals. He led Sevita through several years of exceptional top- and bottom-line growth culminating in a successful transaction in 2022. Prior to joining Sevita in 2019, William served as president of the Integrated Care Group for Fresenius Medical Care, where he managed multiple business lines including Fresenius Health Partners, Fresenius Rx, and Fresenius Managed Care. William previously held senior leadership roles at MedSpring Urgent Care and WellCare Health Plans and also consulted for McKinsey & Company. William holds a B.S. in computer engineering and a B.S. in mathematics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Nzinga Harrison is Chief Medical Officer and co-founder of Eleanor Health. She is double-board certified with specialties in general adult psychiatry and addiction medicine. Nzinga has spent her career as a physician treating individuals from marginalized communities with substance use and other psychiatric disorders. As a physician executive, she has served in Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer roles, committed to creating and improving systems-based delivery of psychiatric and substance use disorder care. Nzinga is a vocal advocate for stigma reduction, and is passionate about the necessity for whole-person care as individuals and communities seek to recover from and prevent substance use disorders. She received her undergraduate degree from Howard University, completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, and residency training at Emory University. Nzinga is married to a stock market investor and has two teenaged sons who keep her busy with academic pursuits, swim meets, basketball games, archery tournaments, and pilot academy.

Elizabeth Hart is Eleanor Health’s Chief Customer and Engagement Officer. She is experienced in delivering revenue and profitability growth through customer acquisition and engagement. Prior to joining Eleanor Health, Elizabeth served as Vice President of Patient Engagement for Everside Health, one of the largest direct primary care providers in the U.S. Elizabeth held leadership roles at Cigna, where she built out the Medicare Supplement direct-to-consumer channel, and was recognized in 2018 as a Cigna Leadership Award Winner. Prior to joining Cigna, Elizabeth established new consumer businesses across a diverse set of industries, including consumer finance, technology, retail and packaged goods at such companies as General Mills, Hallmark and Crate & Barrel. Elizabeth received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in Kansas City with her husband, two sons and beloved goldendoodle.

Scott Fries is Eleanor Health’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he works closely with the executive team to develop financial and business strategies. His functional accountabilities include leading the accounting, treasury, planning and analysis, revenue cycle management and medical economics teams. Scott is a hands-on CFO with experience leading financial and operations teams through start-ups, turn-arounds, roll-ups, high growth and realignments. After 15 years in manufacturing, specialty chemical and consumer product industries, he moved into healthcare with the goal of aligning his strong sense of mission with his professional goals. Scott has held senior leadership positions in healthcare including payers, providers, pharmacy benefit management, healthcare technology and management consulting. He is passionate about aligning financing and care delivery through value-based agreements. Scott is both a certified public and management accountant. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Corrin Arone is the Chief Growth Officer at Eleanor Health. Corrin brings more than 20 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Eleanor Health, she held leadership positions at Interwell Health and Fresenius Medical Care. During her tenure as a senior leader at Interwell Health, Corrin established a population health division with a focus on utilizing data to produce actionable insights and drive meaningful change for patients. At Fresenius Medical Care, Corrin spearheaded efforts for the Fresenius Health Partners business line to transform care from fee-for-service to value-based care. Early in her career at Fresenius, Corrin was accountable for strategic payer relationships and new business development; she then went on to lead the launch and success of a chronic kidney disease program for payers, designed to slow disease progression and reduce hospitalization for their members. Corrin also worked for several years at UnitedHealth Group in account management and client implementation. Corrin’s passion lies in collaborating with healthcare providers and payers to innovate partnerships and solutions that improve outcomes for complex patient populations. Corrin holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.  

Candace Harris is a Regional President at Eleanor Health. With a background deeply rooted in service and leadership, Candace has dedicated her career to empowering marginalized populations and fostering inclusive, effective healthcare solutions. In every endeavor, Candace embodies warmth, empathy and a relentless drive to create positive change.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Candace’s experience provides her with invaluable insight into the complex needs of patients and communities, as well as the operational dynamics of businesses within the healthcare sector. She has served in director-level positions across a broad spectrum of healthcare settings and contributed to growth and sustainability initiatives.

Candace earned her undergraduate degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Social Work degree from North Carolina Central University.

Chris Borkowski is a Regional President at Eleanor Health. Chris is a seasoned healthcare professional with a lifelong commitment to improving patient care. Beginning his career as a therapist, he quickly developed an in-depth understanding of patient needs, eventually transitioning into a leadership role in healthcare operations. Over the years, he has overseen the treatment of over 50,000 patients, and gained a profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities within healthcare systems. He firmly believes that operational excellence is one of the integral pieces in delivering the best care possible to a broader spectrum of patients. Chris’s career reflects a trajectory marked by a unique blend of hands-on clinical experience and strategic leadership, positioning him as a dedicated advocate for transformative change within the healthcare landscape. Chris holds a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Clinical Counseling and Applied Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
