She became a Registered Nurse in 2011 after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall university in South Orange, New Jersey the same year. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University, New Jersey in 2014 and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner the same year. She completed the Psychiatric- Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post-Master’s certificate program from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio in Avril 2020 and was certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center in June 2020. Odette became certified to treat individuals suffering from substance use disorders in 2020 and has successfully treated a significant number of patients with SUD. She has worked in community health centers since 2014 providing patient-centered care to patients from all backgrounds specifically to minority groups. She has also worked for a major health plan to improve members health conditions and quality of life. “I’m thrilled to join the Eleanor Health team and passionate about helping our community members to reach the full potential of their lives.” In her spare time, Odette enjoys watching movies and listening to gospel music.

Hello my name is Lindsay Larris, LCSW, LCADC and I am the Clinic Operations Manager for our North Jersey locations, which currently include Edison, Verona, Sparta and Oradell. I am a licensed clinical social worker as well as a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor. After graduating from a special program at the police academy, I realized the psychology courses I studied in college were an even bigger passion of mine. I’ve been working in behavioral health for over 10 years and have worked specifically in substance abuse treatment for most of my career. When not helping others, I enjoy reading a good mystery novel (that’s as far as my detective work goes these days), spending time with friends and family, trying new foods, and going to the beach. Hello! My name is Keri McBride, LCSW, and I’m a Behavioral Health Clinician for Eleanor Health in New Jersey. After working for a Managed Care Organization for the last 2.5 years as a Behavioral Health Care Manager, my desire to return to my true passion of providing direct clinical care could not be avoided any longer. I’m bringing with me over 10 years of individual and group therapy experience in a nonprofit community mental health center (CMHC). During my time with the CMHC, I was fortunate to work in many of their diverse settings, including Substance Use Intensive Outpatient, Early Intervention Support Service, Adult and Adolescent Partial Care, and Residential programs. When I am not working, you can find me enjoying trips to historical places all over the tri-state area or listening to 80s hair bands/watching 80s movies. My name is Melinda Riedel and my role with Eleanor is in the MEAS position. I have the honor of being one of the first people that our members will interact with upon joining our team and each additional encounter thereafter. I have been in healthcare for 5 years and I have extensive administrative experience. In my past, I have spent time being trained at a crisis intervention hotline as well as volunteering there. I attended school for Behavioral Health with a focus on Addiction Studies and look forward to my future here at Eleanor Health. If I am not at work, or with family and friends, you can find me out in nature, primarily at the beach for some long-distance walking or taking an impromptu road trip to somewhere I have never been before. Other hobbies include cooking, travel planning, and visiting historical sites.
