Meet your lead clinician
Hi! My name is Julie Insyxiengmay (n-six-sing-may). I have come to Eleanor Health to serve as the Lead Clinician in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in various clinical settings and roles to remedy barriers and help individuals live amazing lives. I am also a professional student working on my Doctorate in Adult Learning and Development at Northwestern State University. I am honored for this opportunity to support and work side-by-side with the Eleanor Health Care Team in providing whole-person care and evidence-based practice. In support of our community member's recovery journey, I am passionate about providing compassionate care and delivering quality service. In my years of experience, I learned that trialing times are temporary. Thus, with the right support and resources in place, you can overcome any challenge. When I am away from Eleanor Health and school, I focus on family time with my husband and three boys and the occasional visits to my parents/in-laws. I also enjoy hiking, tennis, and Asian-drama shows in my spare time.Meet the rest of the Eleanor Health team

Our whole-person approach
We put our community members at the center of everything we do, for remote treatment services as well as in-person, from alcohol withdrawal to opioid use and more. When you’re an Eleanor Health member, your best interests always come first. Our mental health and addiction specialists start by learning more about your day-to-day life, preferences, specific needs, and recovery goals. We then build a customized, comprehensive care plan. Our treatment services include:
paying for treatment
Everyone deserves accessible and affordable outpatient mental health & substance use treatment.
Eleanor Health accepts most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Medicare, and Medicaid. If we don’t contract with your insurance plan, we will work with your out-of-network benefits to ensure you still benefit from insurance. If your health insurance still leaves you with concerns about affording treatment, we offer an affordable sliding scale payment plan to help manage the cost of care. Call us at (225) 427-1280 to find out how much your insurance will cover.
Under the supervision of our physicians, our medical team will prescribe medications that safely block the effects of drugs and alcohol on the brain and body. Based on your own personal goals, we will work with you to safely stop using or reduce your use of any substances that you desire.Learn more about MAT
