My name is Candace Harris. I come to Eleanor as the Sr. Clinic Operations Manager for Eleanor Health in NC. I have had the privilege of working in the Mental Health/Substance Use Disorder field for 10 years and have served in various clinical settings. I'm excited to introduce you to the rest of our team in Raleigh, NC!

We put our community members at the center of everything we do, for remote treatment services as well as in-person, from alcohol withdrawal to opioid use and more. Eleanor Health accepts most major insurance plans including Aetna, Alliance, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Carolina Complete Health, Cigna, Medicare, Optum, United Healthcare, Wellcare and certain Medicaid plans. If we don’t contract with your insurance plan, we will work with your out-of-network benefits to ensure you still benefit from insurance. Under the supervision of our physicians, our medical team will prescribe medications that safely block the effects of drugs and alcohol on the brain and body.
