Jim Cunningham, Eleanor Health Operations Manager in Washington

Jim Cunningham, Washington Operations Manager

My name is Jim Cunningham and I am excited to join Eleanor Health as Washington State’s Operations Director. I have a broad array of leadership experiences in healthcare domains including acute care, primary care, multi-specialty care, academic medicine, and third-party health plans. Most recently, I led the primary care network for Swedish Health Services in Seattle, and prior to that led a five-year strategic planning effort at the University of Pennsylvania Health System.

I was attracted to Eleanor Health because of their genuine commitment to a mission of importance in all of our communities, the struggles that come with addiction. The work we will be doing in the state of Washington couldn’t be more meaningful, nor important, and I’m honored to be a part of launching these services across the state.

I’m excited to introduce you to the rest of our Eleanor Health Seattle clinical care team!

Hayley Smith, Clinic Operations Manager for Eleanor Health in Everett, Seattle, and Lakewood, Washington

Hayley Smith, Clinic Operations Manager

Hi! My name is Hayley Smith and I am serving as the Clinic Operations Manager for Eleanor Health’s Washington market.  I have worked within the behavioral health field for over 13 years and several years experience working within opioid treatment programs as a clinician and director.  I am passionate about providing equitable, accessible services to all and I strongly value being able to provide support to member-facing team members.  When I am not working, I enjoy traveling and exploring, both near and far, running and being active, and spending time with my family and friends.

Suzanne Parker, Eleanor Health Nurse Care Manager in Washington

Suzanne Parker, RN

Hello! My name is Suzanne Parker and I am excited to be the Nurse Care Manager in the Seattle, WA office at Eleanor Health. I bring many years of healthcare experience that includes both mental health and substance use disorders. I feel passionate about the Eleanor Health treatment model and look forward to serving my local communities. I am a native Washingtonian. While I’m not a big fan of the amount of rainfall and grey skies, I am grateful for the lush greenery and color born out of our annual rainfall. My favorite pastimes are hanging out with my children (top of my list), camping, hiking through rainforests and cooking. I love helping others and feel blessed to have such an amazing career where I’m in the position to help people live amazing lives.

Stephanie Raskin, a Community Recovery Partner for Eleanor Health in Seattle, Washington

Stephanie Raskin, Community Recovery Partner (CRP)

My name is Stephanie Raskin and I am a Community Recovery Partner for the Washington branch of Eleanor Health. Prior to working for Eleanor Health I worked for 4 years at an inpatient psychiatric hospital as a peer counselor, and have several years of experience in the medical field in general. I am really excited to be a part of the Eleanor Health team where I believe our outside-the-box approach to helping those in their struggles with addiction can really make a difference. I know first hand how mental health issues and addiction can be very difficult to overcome, which is why I’m so passionate about what we do. One of the most important things in life is self-care and one way to do that is engaging in something you enjoy, so I try to spend some of my free time practicing my photography and playing with my dog. I also really enjoy helping other people so I look forward to meeting our members and helping them on their journey to living amazing lives.

Adrienne Hubbard, a Member Experience Administrative Specialist for Eleanor Health in Seattle, WA

Adrienne Hubbard, Member Experience Administrative Specialist (MEAS)

My name is Adrienne Hubbard and I am the Member Experience Administrative Specialist (MEAS) for Eleanor Health in Seattle, WA. I am truly excited and privileged to be working with this team at Eleanor Health and bring professional experience working in the outpatient healthcare setting, as well as personal experience and understanding with substance use and mental health. Eleanor Health’s values of harm reduction, compassion, and stigma reduction resonate so strongly with me and I take pride in extending those values to the members we care for every day. I was born and raised in Issaquah, WA and was the third generation of my family to attend University of Washington. I am now completing a Health Promotion and Management degree with a focus on public health issues. I live in South Seattle with my partner Collin and we enjoy traveling around the Pacific Northwest, cooking new recipes at home together, watching NBA and MLB games, and spending time with our friends and extended family in the area. I feel very grateful to use my skills and experience in such a meaningful way to help those in our community engage in recovery and live amazing lives.
