Eleanor Health is focused on providing critical addiction rehabilitation services to members of the Massachusetts community who currently or have previously misused substances, such as alcohol or opioids. We provide care at our clinic locations in Lowell, Worcester, and coming soon in Brockton, or virtually across all of Massachusetts.
In-person and Virtual addiction treatment
We put our community members at the center of everything we do for drug addiction recovery, from outpatient drug rehabilitation to home addiction treatment services and more. With telehealth, our care is available to everyone in Massachusetts regardless of location. To remove any and all barriers to care, and provide a high level of convenience, flexibility, and accessibility, we make it so you can meet with your care team virtually when and where you need it.

My name is Deri "D" Parham. I am the Community Outreach Liaison for Eleanor Health Massachusetts. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience helping individuals affected by addiction and am passionate about supporting members of our community that are too often overlooked and underserved. My mission is to educate others in the healthcare community on Eleanor Health's core values and to partner with providers to help more members live amazing lives.
