Our Commitment to You

Connect on an individual level

We put our community members at the center of everything we do. When you’re an Eleanor Health member, your best interests always come first. We start by learning more about your day-to-day life, preferences, specific needs, and goals. Our comprehensive, extensive approach takes every aspect of your life into account, from your physical health and mental wellbeing to your life’s priorities.

Support families and loved ones

Your family and loved ones can be essential partners in your recovery. Through Eleanor Health, we can educate them on addiction, teach them how to best support you, connect them with community services and programs, and equip them to motivate you along your recovery journey.

Engage consistently with members

We work with you to break down barriers to recovery, and support you throughout every stage of your treatment plan. Even beyond the walls of the Eleanor Health clinic, help is always available from our Community Recovery Partner team, as well as through digital extensions of care. We’re here to be the biggest advocates in your recovery.

Help communities thrive

Addiction is a public health concern for a growing number of communities across the country, and we want to be valued partners to them. It starts with building strong relationships with local organizations, such as advocacy groups, faith-based organizations, labor unions, and businesses. From there, we engage and educate the community to reduce the stigma of addiction and increase support for our members.
