Meet the Eleanor Health Lakewood, WA Clinical Team!
November 30, 2021
Jim Cunningham, Washington Operations Manager
My name is Jim Cunningham and I am excited to join Eleanor Health as Washington State’s Operations Director. I have a broad array of leadership experiences in healthcare domains including acute care, primary care, multi-specialty care, academic medicine, and third-party health plans. Most recently, I led the primary care network for Swedish Health Services in Seattle, and prior to that led a five-year strategic planning effort at the University of Pennsylvania Health System.
I was attracted to Eleanor Health because of their genuine commitment to a mission of importance in all of our communities, the struggles that come with addiction. The work we will be doing in the state of Washington couldn’t be more meaningful, nor important, and I’m honored to be a part of launching these services across the state.
I’m excited to introduce you to the rest of our Eleanor Health Lakewood clinical care team!
Hayley Smith, Clinic Operations Manager
Hi! My name is Hayley Smith and I am serving as the Clinic Operations Manager for Eleanor Health’s Washington market. I have worked within the behavioral health field for over 13 years and several years experience working within opioid treatment programs as a clinician and director. I am passionate about providing equitable, accessible services to all and I strongly value being able to provide support to member-facing team members. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling and exploring, both near and far, running and being active, and spending time with my family and friends.
Suzanne Parker, RN
Hello! My name is Suzanne Parker and I am excited to be the Nurse Care Manager in the Lakewood, WA office at Eleanor Health. I bring many years of healthcare experience that includes both mental health and substance use disorders. I feel passionate about the Eleanor Health treatment model and look forward to serving my local communities. I am a native Washingtonian. While I’m not a big fan of the amount of rainfall and grey skies, I am grateful for the lush greenery and color born out of our annual rainfall. My favorite pastimes are hanging out with my children (top of my list), camping, hiking through rainforests and cooking. I love helping others and feel blessed to have such an amazing career where I’m in the position to help people live amazing lives.
Alli Toren, Community Recovery Partner (CRP)
I was born and raised in Minnesota and have lived all around the US and Canada since, but I am happy to have my roots down in Washington. I am passionate about whole person healthcare, inclusivity, justice, and making sure that nobody falls through the cracks. As a Community Recovery Partner, I am in recovery myself and am so happy to help our members along their own recovery paths to live their amazing lives, whatever that looks like for them. When I’m not doing that, I’m busy furthering my education, getting out into nature, learning new hobbies, and being an unpaid employee of my cat Lenny.
Meghan Murski, Member Experience Administrative Specialist (MEAS)
Hello! My name is Meghan Murski and I am the Member Experience Administrative Specialist (MEAS) based in Lakewood, WA. I am thrilled to join the team here at Eleanor Health and love getting the chance to help others live better and more fulfilling lives. My personal experience being close to those who have struggled with addiction motivates me greatly in this work. The message, meaning, and values of Eleanor Health are very important to me and close to my heart.
I grew up in Lacey, and now live in Tacoma with my fiancé, Colin, and our young son. In our free time, we enjoy going on family walks and hikes out in nature, baking treats, and watching football, as well as anything Marvel. I am honored and so grateful to be a part of this team. I truly can’t wait to be able to help the amazing members of our community live amazing lives.
