Jim Cunningham, Washington Operations Manager
My name is Jim Cunningham and I am excited to join Eleanor Health as Washington State’s Operations Director. I have a broad array of leadership experiences in healthcare domains including acute care, primary care, multi-specialty care, academic medicine, and third-party health plans. Most recently, I led the primary care network for Swedish Health Services in Seattle, and prior to that led a five-year strategic planning effort at the University of Pennsylvania Health System.
I was attracted to Eleanor Health because of their genuine commitment to a mission of importance in all of our communities, the struggles that come with addiction. The work we will be doing in the state of Washington couldn’t be more meaningful, nor important, and I’m honored to be a part of launching these services across the state.
I’m excited to introduce you to the rest of our Eleanor Health Lakewood clinical care team!
Hayley Smith, Clinic Operations Manager
Hi! My name is Hayley Smith and I am serving as the Clinic Operations Manager for Eleanor Health’s Washington market. I have worked within the behavioral health field for over 13 years and several years experience working within opioid treatment programs as a clinician and director. I am passionate about providing equitable, accessible services to all and I strongly value being able to provide support to member-facing team members. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling and exploring, both near and far, running and being active, and spending time with my family and friends.
Susan Poznyansky, LICSW
Hello! My name is Susan Poznyansky. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I started my career as the founder and director of an early childhood program in Portland, Ore., focusing on social-emotional learning. Later, I realized my passion for social work in Seattle working with mothers in recovery from substance use disorders. After graduate school, I worked as a clinical counselor in a residential substance use recovery program in Manhattan, and then as a psychotherapist at a Brooklyn community mental health clinic serving individuals and their families with managing mild-severe mental health diagnoses, suicide risk, life-stage transitions, grief, and other life stressors. I am deeply grateful for the clinical training I received in New York. For funzies, I enjoy swimming, fishing, hiking, kayaking, Tai Chi, foraging and gardening. I’m also a big fan of Marvel movies.
Crystal Konkright, BSN
Hello, my name is Crystal Konkright. I am an RN in WA and will work remotely until the Spokane, WA office opens. I have been a nurse for ten years. I have mainly worked as a behavioral health nurse. I am excited to be part of the Eleanor Health team!
Alli Toren, Community Recovery Partner (CRP), CRP Team Lead
I was born and raised in Minnesota and have lived all around the US and Canada since, but I am happy to have my roots down in Washington. I am passionate about whole person healthcare, inclusivity, justice, and making sure that nobody falls through the cracks. As a Community Recovery Partner, I am in recovery myself and am so happy to help our members along their own recovery paths to live their amazing lives, whatever that looks like for them. When I’m not doing that, I’m busy furthering my education, getting out into nature, learning new hobbies, and being an unpaid employee of my cat Lenny.
