Meet the Eleanor Health Everett, WA Clinical Team!
November 22, 2021
Jim Cunningham, Washington Operations Director
My name is Jim Cunningham and I am excited to join Eleanor Health as Washington State’s Operations Director. I have a broad array of leadership experiences in healthcare domains including acute care, primary care, multi-specialty care, academic medicine, and third-party health plans. Most recently, I led the primary care network for Swedish Health Services in Seattle, and prior to that led a five-year strategic planning effort at the University of Pennsylvania Health System.
I was attracted to Eleanor Health because of their genuine commitment to a mission of importance in all of our communities; the struggles that come with addiction. The work we do in the state of Washington couldn’t be more meaningful, and I’m honored to be a part of launching these services across the state.
I’m excited to introduce you to the rest of our Eleanor Health Everett clinical care team!
Alaine Johnson, MA

I enjoy spending time with my family, making new memories everyday, spending some time in the summers at our beautiful oceans. Excited to join the Eleanor Team and members in the community!
Mallory Beach, RN
Hello, my name is Mallory Beach and I am a registered nurse for Eleanor Health’s Everett location. I’ve been in the healthcare field for nearly ten years with the last five being spent as a registered nurse in a hospital setting. I am passionate about preventative health and building relationships to better serve our community’s mental and physical health throughout the lifespan. Outside of work, I enjoy most of the outdoor activities that the PNW has to offer, cooking and eating, traveling and spending time with friends and family. I’m excited to join the Eleanor team and help members of my community live their best lives.
Ken Dyer, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Hello, my name is Ken Dyer, PMHNP. I’ve been an RN for 13yrs, getting my start in med surg. Later I decided to specialize in psych and returned to get my DNP at UW. I’ve now been a psychiatric NP for 4 years, getting my start there in private practice. I’m passionate about SUD as I’ve seen its destructive power up close in my own family and community. Along with using medications to treat illness I’m a believer in logotherapy and believe purpose-driven living and making healthy lifestyle changes is the key to healing. I also work part time on an inpt psych unit and teach a yoga and meditation class. I love chess, rock climbing, and good movies.
Charity Fruhling, Member Engagement Administrative Specialist
My name is Charity Fruhling and I am the Member Experience Administrative Specialist for Eleanor Health’s Everett, Washington location. I bring personal experience and a genuine passion for helping others meet their goals to the table. Eleanor Health is pioneering the way into a new standard of helping people and I am so excited to be a part of it. I am proud to say I was born and raised here on the westside of Washington state. I am the stereotypical Pacific Northwesterner and love the outdoors and all this state has to offer. I have two grown children and two Grandbabies who all live locally as well and we love to get together to watch the Seahawks! When not doing that you will find me curled up watching a movie with my husband.
